Remote Computer Service

         We offer computer technical support remotely which allows us to access your computer through the Internet.  The benefits of this is time saving and financially cost effective.  Your computer stays in your home, and we don't have to come to you.  Whether you need help understanding file management, downloading from the Internet, opening an e-mail attachment, or you are having some technical difficulties, we can assist you through Remote Access.

This process requires you to download and run a small file. After our session is complete, the software uninstalls itself from your system, leaving nothing behind. Please call us first if you are in need of this service.  Do not click on the link provided below without talking to our I.T Specialist first, as the link will not work without our assistance.

Version 5 or 6 Bernina Embroidery Software User Manual – You can use the following instructions and download the user manual from within your own software:

Open your embroidery software. Go to Help, then On-Screen Manual. When it opens, then select Save A Copy on the tool bar at the top of your screen. At this point, just File, then Save As, and select your Desk Top from the drop down menu. When you are done burning this file, delete it from your Desk Top.  When you go to burn a CD, you will find the file right on your Desk Top. Just remember, if you are not comfortable doing this, you can just purchase a CD from us for $5.00. When you have the file on a CD, you can take it to a place like Allegra Printing and have it printed. We don’t recommend printing it in color as there are over 600+ pages.

Bernina Quilter Program and Cross Stitch Program have manuals built within the software as well. To save those manuals you would open that portion of the program, then burn those manuals as described above. Just remember to have the Quilter or Cross Stitch Program open, then select Help,
and Onscreen Manual. The rest of the directions are identical.
