We offer computer technical support remotely which allows us to access your computer through the Internet.  The benefits of this is time saving and financially cost effective.  Your computer stays in your home, and we don't have to come to you.  Whether you need help understanding file management, downloading from the Internet, opening an e-mail attachment, or you are having some technical difficulties, we can assist you through Remote Access.

This process requires you to download and run a small file. After our session is complete, the software uninstalls itself from your system, leaving nothing behind.
