This month one of Jennifer's embroidery projects is featured in the magazine on page 8 (and the cover).

First Annual Auction & BBQ A Huge Success!

CS Sewing & Quilt-n-Bee joined together for a fabulous customer appreciation event.  Inside we had our first ever Auction that Jennifer has said, "That was my favorite of all events EVER!".  Chris Branco, Jean Brezina, and Rachel Kreta kept the participants bidding and laughing as they auctioned off items from sewing feet to classic displays.  Items went from $1.00 to $400.00 with part of the proceeds benefiting our local TART Trail Inc.  Outside, we had Grill Master Scott Kreta grilling up a storm of burgers, bratz, and chicken.  It was said that he fed over 75 people at the BBQ.  Many thanks to all the hands that made and brought all the side dishes.  Lunch was WONDERFUL!

Thank you to everyone for coming, sharing their ideas, and having such a grand time with us.  This was a fabulous day!

Dresses For Africa

With your help, CS Sewing was able to send a very large box of beautiful pillow case dresses to Africa.
This outreach project was so well received that we will be doing this again sometime in 2012.
