	10 AM - 2 PM 2013 Embroid-A-Block Feathered Star <p>Do you have a desire to create piecework that looks like you are a perfectionist?  Do you dream of creating free-motion quilting that looks like it was done by Harriet Hargrave?  Do you have an embroidery machine and wish you were getting more out of your investment?</p> <p>If you have an embroidery machine, and answered yes to any of these questions, TRUST US, this class is perfect for you!  We fell in love with this "quiting in the hoop" method of embroidery, but when we started to hear the success stories from our customers, then we became very excited.  Customers were telling us how much they learned about their machine, and how comfortable they were with the entire embroidery process after taking this class.  They really felt like they were getting good use out of their investment, and they had so much confidence in themselves.</p> <p>It's because of this feed back that we have invested into another EMBROID-A-BLOCK program from Hoop Sisters.  This Feathered Star quilt is probably our favorite of all quilts they have created.  Our quilt is in the works, but just take a look at these samples that Hoop Sisters has provided us.</p> <p><img style="vertical-align: text-bottom; margin: 15px auto; border: 5px solid black; display: block;" title="Feathered Star" src="http://cssewing.com/myimages/myImages/291212_110917.PNG" alt="Embroid A Block" /></p> <p><img style="vertical-align: text-bottom; margin: 15px auto; border: 5px solid black; display: block;" title="Feathered Star 2" src="http://cssewing.com/myimages/myImages/291212_111045.PNG" alt="Embroid A Block 2013" /></p> <p>Call us, or stop by if you have any questions about this class.  It is an time and financial investment, but one we are confident that you will see is money well spent.  Supply list information is provided with payment of program.  This is a 4 month project starting Friday, February 1st.  It runs the first Friday of the month for 4 months, from 10am-2pm.  We will be making a wallhanging size quilt.  If you choose to make the large bed quilt, we have an optional 5th month class you can sign up for.</p> <p>Picking Out Your Fabrics - There is some education that is helpful when picking out fabrics and threads for projects like this.  We will have Laura available to help assist you with this on the following dates:  Friday, January 18th from 10am-2pm, and Friday, January 25th, from 10am-2pm.  There is no charge for this assistance.</p> 10 AM - 2 PM mouse over title to see description

	10 AM - 2 PM Quilt As You Go Tote Bag <p><img style="float: left; margin: 0px 10px; border: 5px solid black;" title="Susan" src="http://cssewing.com/myimages/myImages/291212_122131.PNG" alt="Tote" width="200" />The Quilt-As-You-Go Tote is a stylish and roomy tote bag this is sure to impress all your friends.  This project uses the <strong>Hoop Sisters</strong> quilting method of <em>quilting in the hoop</em>, so you must have an embroidery module to complete this project.  We are happy to offer this class to those of you that have asked to learn this technique but on a smaller scale than a large quilt.  An added bonus to this class is, the pattern actually comes with the tote directions and instructions to complete a larger quilt if you choose.  This supply list must be picked up in our shop.  This is a 3 week class, so you should plan to attend all classes.  They are as follows:  Tuesday, May 14th, 21st, and 28th from 10am-2pm.<br />CLASS FEE: $55.00 plus supplies</p> mouse over title to see description

	11 PM - 3 PM Software Sampler Club <p><img style="float: left; margin: 15px; border: 5px solid black;" title="hat" src="http://cssewing.com/myimages/myImages/021012_065933.jpg" alt="software sampler" width="200" />If you have Bernina Embroidery Software version 5 or 6, this will be a very exciting series for you to join. We are excited to offer you a project oriented software class which gets you to use your software in fun, creative ways. You will not only work on creating your own designs in class, but you will go home with a cd with the complete lesson plan and a dvd tutorial with step by step instructions to complete the project. This is a hands on class, so be prepared to bring your lap top with your software already loaded. It is recommended that you be able to comfortably save files on your computer before taking this class. CS Sewing is owned and operated by Jennifer and Scott Kreta (photo 1). Our service department is managed by the very funny, Chris Branco (photo 2-right).
